How long have you been renting the condo?
We have been renting our condos in Panama City Beach since the year 2000. We currently have 2 condos on the beach at the Dunes of Panama that we've been renting
since spring 2004.
Can I view availability of your condos online?
Yes! The most up-to-date availability calendar is on our Unit E605 Dunes of Panama Availability and Unit A407 Dunes of Panama Availability page. While this page
is usually updated daily from our reservation software, availability is not guarateed until a reservation is confirmed and deposit paid.
When is my payment due?
Usually the refundable security deposit is due upon booking and is around $200-$300 based on the season. Final payment of rent, cleaning fee,
tax, and any other payments are due 1 month prior to check-in for most rentals. Monthly rentals usually require payment due 2 months prior to check-in.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and credit cards via PayPal. We do charge a 3% convenience fee if you pay through
PayPal, which is simply the fee they charge us. Most folks simply mail us a personal check.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier. Keep in mind, Panama City Beach is on Central Time!
Where do I pick up my keys?
We have a local property manager whose office is about 1/4 mile down the road on Thomas Drive. If you cannot make the office for key pick-up, they can
arrange alternative ways for you to get the key to the condo.
Can I arrive late? Can I arrive in the middle of the night?
Late arrivals are not a problem. You can check-in anytime after 3:00 PM. If you will be arriving after hours, you will need to call our local property manager to arrange after-hours
key pickup.
Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?
Please inquire about the availability of early check-in or late check-out. During peak demand this is sometimes difficult to do since it's possible that
there are other guests staying before or after you and we need time to get the condo cleaned up and turned over for the next guests. If we have the condo
open, we'll certainly make it available to you for a nominal fee.
Can I bring more than one vehicle?
This is usually not a problem and there is no additional fee. You can bring up to two vehicles any time of the year without a problem.
Please let me know if you need to bring three or more cars so that I can clear it with the resort.
What do I do if there is a maintenance problem during my stay?
We have a local property manager that can handle any maintenance emergencies during your stay. Should any problems occur during your rental week, a local
"handy-man" or certified repair person will be dispatched to resolve the issue ASAP. Our local property manager will follow-up with any issues to make
sure they are resolved appropriately.

The Dunes of Panama is at 7205 Thomas Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. Before your trip we will send you driving directions to the resort for your convenience.

Can I swim during the time of year we are staying?
One of the three pools is seasonally heated typically late-December through April. During other times, swimming is largely based on your preferred
