This unit will comfortably sleep 8 guests.

Remodeling Update - Complated on February 19th!
We are finished with our major remodel of A407! We have completely remodeling both bathrooms down to the sheetrock on the walls! New tub, toilet, floor, vanity, walls, and more have been updated in each bathroom! We also installed beautiful new flooring in the entire condo, with nice berber carpet in the bedrooms and living room and tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, and entry. Other updates throughout the condo included new interior doors, new paint, and several other small touches to make your stay at this beautiful beach front condo as memorable and enjoyable as possible for you and your family.

Unit Description: Open the front door to our unit and you will see across the open room through the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows to our ocean front balcony with the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico just beyond! As you walk in, the fully equipped kitchen is immediately to your left offering all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Just past the kitchen, we have a dining table with seating for four and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Past the dining area, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 lounge chairs, and a television and stereo. Between the kitchen and living area is the hallway to access our two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. Turn right to see one bedroom with two full/double beds and plenty of closet and storage space. Turn left to enter the master bedroom with king bed, cable TV, full bath, as well as huge wall-to-wall windows for your ocean front view! The master bedroom also has a separate door to access the balcony. Our unit has a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the kitchen, so you can pack light and stress-free!

Enjoy coffee every morning on our balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and the white, sandy beach from our gulf front view.

We want our Panama City condo to feel like home to you. We provide you with linens, towels, cooking utensils, hand soap, a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent.

Our condo has one reserved covered parking space just steps from the building entrance with additional, uncovered parking available (please contact us for additional parking as you must have a parking pass to get through the security gate).
